Our client, a mutual benefit corporation and health plan provider, seeks an accomplished Data Entry Specialist.

*** Duration: 3 months contract w/ possibility of extension or conversion to FTE role

Notes:

· This is a hybrid role.

· Work hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm Pacific Time.

· Must use an ethernet cable to connect the laptop to the router.

Description:

· Review incoming provider disputes/appeals.

· Entering provider addresses in Facets Database.

· Creating acknowledgement letters for providers.

· Assigning cases to multiple queues based on set criteria.

· Key and process data within established production and quality standards.

· Responsible for assignments that range from routine to moderately complex.

· Searches for solutions based on acquired knowledge.

· Recommends or executes corrective action.

· Receives little or no instruction on routine tasks, general instructions on new assignments.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED.

· Need to have great attention to detail.

· Excellent Data entry and typing skills.

· Great attention to detail.

· High speed internet.

· Generally, requires moderate experience in operations/customer service.
