Zekelman Industries seeks a Inside Sales for our Electrical Department for our Wheatland Tube division located in Rochelle, IL. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this person works with the electrical agent network and handles all aspects of customer service from inquiry/quote to placement of order through shipment to customer.
NATURE AND SCOPE:
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Minimum Associate Degree or 3 years of customer service / inside sales experience. Experience in the electrical industry preferred, but not required. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Good math aptitude and excellent organizational skills. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience in SAP is a plus. Sound decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.
