Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks an Accounts Payable Clerk, located in the Killeen, TX facility. This position reports to the Accounts Payable Manager. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Manage a shared AP inbox by responding in a timely manner, pulling invoices for processing, and directing outside requests when needed 
• Input approved invoices into financial system (MS D365)
• Review vendor statements monthly 

• Manage open-issues list for plant related invoices and resolve through communication with the purchasing team
• Manage blocked items regularly to ensure they are unblocked for timely payment 
• Co-manage daily ACH payment runs and weekly check runs 
• Verify that payment information is assigned to all invoices in D365 after invoices are posted 
• Reconcile all AP subledgers to GL, manage download of all subledgers in all required formats for audit purposes, process account reconciliations through Blackline tool for approval 

• Create and maintain monthly AP accruals
• Maintain detailed procedures/work instructions for all performed tasks
• Additional responsibilities as assigned 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• College Diploma & accounting experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organization skills required and ability to structure daily tasks 
• Strong knowledge of Excel, computer applications, ERP systems (MS D365 preferred) 
• Positive, team player attitude
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment 

• Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy 
• Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the approved schedule is an essential function of this role
