Zapproved is growing and we’re expanding our software team with new developers to keep pace with our product line. We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated engineers who are capable of taking on a range of activities spanning the full software lifecycle. You'll have experience with, and be passionate about, developing a high-performance SaaS product in a B2B environment. You’ll habitually think creatively and be unafraid to try something new.

What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role, you’ll…

• Create, build and deploy full-stack applications hosted in the cloud. You'll be working primarily in Angular and .NET Core frameworks in a microservices architecture.
• Be a part of a team. We work in scrum teams, usually with 4 - 6 developers, QA, UX, and Product partners and do our best to follow agile practices and principles in our work.
• Learn, utilize, and contribute to standards for testing, security, code, design, architecture, and more
• Engage in systems-level thinking to design and create harmonious software.
• Work iteratively to release working software as quickly and frequently as possible.
• Help identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in processes, tools, and technology patterns
• Participate actively in an environment where you will both be mentored and mentor other engineers
• Assist in planning, implementing and delivering complex feature sets that provide ongoing incremental business value to our products
• Work and communicate collaboratively both with your team and across teams
• Operate! Our teams own the end-to-end development lifecycle of their applications, including deployment, operations in the cloud, and participation in on-call application support rotations.

What You’ll Need:

• 3 years professional experience as a Software Engineer with some experience building an enterprise SaaS product
• Ability to partner effectively with a complete software team including product owners, QA, UX, etc
• Strong interpersonal skills to explain and discuss your ideas with the team
• Demonstrated programming skills - .NET/C# experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity or experience with agile team practices
• Familiarity with revision control software such as Git 
• Courage to speak your mind, humility to listen to others, and empathy for those around you
• Interest or experience in building microservices

What Would Be Nice:

• Experience with AWS or other cloud providers like Azure or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with front end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS
• Experience with data persistence technologies such as SQL or DynamoDB
• Experience integrating with third party platform via REST-ful APIs, client modules or scripts

• Experience with container orchestration. 

We are interested in every qualified candidate with authorization to work in the United States. However, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. 

Compensation:

The anticipated salary for this position will be $123,000 - $145,000. Individual base pay is determined by a variety of factors including the experience and qualifications of a candidate, as well as internal and external equity.
