We are seeking a versatile, entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our client services team. If you're a buttoned up problem solver who loves to be involved in the creative process, this could be one for you. You’ll be working on a major sports brand with top tier athletes, creating work that will be seen around the world, so interest and passion for sports of any kind is essential. 

When it comes to our hybrid work policy, we are operating with autonomy and high flexibility, which translates to: no agency in-office mandates, but in-person expectations are set by your manager and team leads. Must be located in/around the Los Angeles area with the ability to come into the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Run small and mid-sized projects in all media channels with oversight from Account Director, executing flawlessly
• Execute campaigns flawlessly by managing and cataloging final assets, clearance and trafficking of final deliverables
• Develop set-up slides ahead of a creative presentation to clearly outline objectives and reference information to help sell in work
• Coordinate with client and agency Finance to oversee monthly billing needs, manage and reconcile budgets, resolve or escalate issues, and evaluate all estimates and invoices for accuracy
• Acts as an expert on the client’s business and their competitive landscape by reading trade publications, leading quarterly competitive reports and develops bi-weekly newsletters
• Partner and friend to the day-to-day clients
• Communicate across all departments, including project management to keep information flowing
• Stay relentlessly curious and passionate about our client’s business (sports) and industry and share that knowledge with the rest of your team

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years experience in advertising or marketing
• Involvement in some level of production (ie. broadcast/digital/social/media production or similar)
• Eager to learn about multiple forms of integrated marketing and media
• A calm head to effectively prioritize workload
• Obsessed with details and appreciates that nothing is too small
• Energy, enthusiasm and a willingness to jump into assignments
• Excellent communication skills
