Piper Companies is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to join a team developing the world's first fully automated oral health care system. In a hybrid role, the Electro-Mechanical Technician will assist in all aspects of the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities of the Electro-Mechanical Technician include:
• Implement manufacturing test strategy and processes for oral care products
• Develop processes, fixture design, assembly flow, and testing methodologies
• Ensure compliance with ISO-13485 and GMP
• Operate, test, maintain and calibrate electro-mechanical equipment
• Interact with design team to provide feedback and work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure quality and productivity
Qualifications for the Electro-Mechanical Technician include:
• 3 years' experience working with electro-mechanical device manufacturing, preferable in an ISO-13485 environment
• Experience working in a start-up / NPI environment
• Excellent understanding of electro-mechanical assemble process
• Experience repairing industrial electronic equipment including variable speeds
• Ability to travel internationally 25% of the time
Compensation for the Electro-Mechanical Technician includes:
• Salary Range: $130,000 - 160,000 equity **depending on experience**
