About this Position The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst is responsible for the coordination, review and analysis of the company’s actual and expected financial earnings. They must provide accurate and concise explanations of financial results and act as a key source of information for senior management requests and in the creation of publicly reported financial documents. They will coordinate the compilation of the company’s annual financial earnings budget. This is a hybrid position that requires working onsite in the Duluth, Georgia office and remotely multiple days each week. Responsibilities & Qualifications Job Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate, compile and review of earnings submitted by subject matter financial experts through the monthly earnings package. Examine financial results for errors and anomalies. Analyze and research emerging trends in results. Present consolidated financial results and explanations to senior management and auditors. Analyze, project and present to senior management key financial items Oversee the compilation and maintenance of the company's financial supplement. Review and sign-off on the accuracy of financial results presented in the company's earnings call with investors, including CEO and CFO scripts and visual material. Work with other key financial individuals in drafting language for the earnings press release, CFO script for the investors' earnings call, and 10-Q and 10-K filings. Provide source of knowledge of historical and emerging trends in the business. Review and provide guidance on presentation of information Create and update financial models for miscellaneous revenue and expense items. Ensure modeling accurately reflects trends in the business Determine calendar of deliverables for subject matter experts to provide material for the compilation of the company's financial budget. Ensure deliverables are received, accurate, and complete. Track changes and manage the process of loading the budget data into the financial system.
