The HR Specialist is responsible for maintaining day to day HRIS functions including data entry, approving data transactions, reviewing exception reports, and maintaining personnel files. In addition, this role will support various business groups, updating employee information in HR System, as well assisting with employee inquiries. The HR Specialist will also provide support for the company’s Performance Management Process including administration and technical troubleshooting within the HRIS/Learning Management system.
