Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC Regular PRIMARY FUNCTION: As a Project Manager, you will oversee the project management of the design, development, procurement, kitting, and integration of complex aircraft systems from project identification, through initiation, planning, execution and closeout stages in support of the Prototype Integration Facility and other contracts as assigned. Project Manager II manages projects from planning through delivery. Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated. Being a Project Manager II utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Communicates schedule and changes to all stakeholders. Additionally, Project Manager II plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks. Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries. Monitors task completion status to Identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans. Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A project management certification is a plus, but not a requirement. This position reports directly to the Attack/V-22/UC-35 Program Manager. The Project Manager II will be responsible for completing complex/limited timeline tasks within the job function. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILS Knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of project management principles, processes, and techniques. Knowledge of team management principles and techniques. Skill in organization and multi-tasking. Skill in technical reading comprehension to understand complex technical manuals, engineering drawings, and related documents. Skill in writing effectively as appropriate for the development of project proposals. Skill in speaking to others to convey information effectively. Skill in monitoring performance of self, individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action. Skill in analyzing operational needs and requirements. Knowledge of U.S. Government regulations, processes, and procedures. Knowledge of principles and techniques used in budget management. Skill in estimating resources. Skill in active learning to understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making. Skill in managing one’s own time and the time of others. Skill using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Skill in identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system. Skill in bringing others together to facilitate resolutions to problems. Skill in management of personnel resources to motivate, develop, and direct teams. Skill in developing detailed task-based Integrated Master Schedules using MS Project. Skill in managing a project utilizing a detailed Integrated Master Schedule. Skill in forecasting labor, materials, travel, etc. throughout the period of performance of the assigned project. BA/BS degree with at least 10 year of task related experience specifically in military standards and specifications. 10 years of Military Aviation experience is a requirement. 10 years of Aircraft Maintenance experience, a thorough knowledge of the application of Modification Work Orders (MWO), the ability to plan, execute, and manage the development and verification of aircraft MWOs. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. This position requires a strong attention to detail and follow through, use of independent judgment, and excellent communication and people management skills.
