Young House Family Services is Hiring a Night Shift Supervisor Near Burlington, IA
Description
The night shift supervisor will work under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer and Residential Supervisor. Will be responsible for assisting in staff supervision and adherence to the program policies, procedures, COA standards, licensure requirements, and treatment philosophy. Will frequently use discretion and independent judgement in carrying out the essential duties of this position in working with staff and clients.

- AA degree in social work, psychology, or a related behavioral science field one-year full-time experience in a related field preferred, OR
- High school diploma or GED plus 3 years’ equivalent full-time experience in the human services field.
- Prior experience working with at-risk juveniles preferred.
