Young House Family Services is Hiring a FAMILY SUPPORT SPECIALIST Near Burlington, IA

Description

This is a part-time position for our Pediatric Integrated Health Program. We are looking for the right person who will provide in-home services to members and their families to provide ongoing support, education, coaching, and reinforcement of positive choices related to ongoing medical and mental health needs of members in southeast Iowa. 

Requirements

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Must have experience providing primary care for a child with a serious mental health challenge.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must have experience providing primary care for a child with a serious mental health challenge.
  • Must have computer skills to use required software, including the electronic medical record system.
  • Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation, car insurance, and must pass background checks.
