Job Description
Title: Project Manager( healthcare )
Should Have worked in following areas –
10 years’ experience in project management
PMP certification will be great to have.
Experience working on AGILE and Waterfall methodologies.
Should have worked as PM for health care clients ( BCBS/IBC/Anthem /Medica etc.)
Core skills
Stake holder management with strong communication
Managing vendors on the business side.
Strong with business side of projects along with SDLC projects
Good experience with Clinical Policy Good experience with Care Management- Medicare and Medicaid Good experience with Clinical Programs Lead Medicare Advantage/ DSNP/ Medicaid or Exchange program implementation projects – Currently Cassie as Sr.PM is handling only Medicaid in this list
Program scope includes all impacted IT and business process changes that are required per new contract – Currently Cassie is responsible for the Admin and Org for Ohio Medicaid only.
Good Exposure knowing the product build lifecycle.
Partner with business/compliance to plan and support desk and onsite readiness reviews
Including mock sessions to prep
Work with the Project Management team to develop and present program status at weekly project stakeholder and steering committee meetings
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to address blockers in an expedited fashion
Partner with project team to monitor and manage schedule, risk, issues, actions, decisions and change requests
Partner with project team to plan for production operations readiness
The candidate should be able to cross functionally work with other business departments and Vendors together to build the project level view. GOOD TO HAVE –
