Construction Manager

Our core philosophy combined with our skills to anticipate problems and proactively implement solutions, enables us to successfully manage and execute all critical control points and key aspects on construction projects of varying size.
The Construction Manager is responsible for managing and driving project to successful completion through a safe work environment, quality construction, effective LEAN planning & scheduling, cost management, collaboration with project stakeholders, and superior customer service. The Construction Manager will work closely with other leads to achieve productivity goals and contribute to the company’s overall success. As a key player in the management department, the Construction Manager will ensure that all assigned tasks are completed on a regular basis and that all company rules and regulations are enforced. The Construction Manager will have the authority to run projects on a day-to-day basis and delegate tasks as appropriate.
This role will lead General Aviation Building Construction Site activities. Aviation experience is not required.
