As Yogibo’s eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all ecommerce efforts for Yogibo. You will be a critical player on the Yogibo Marketing team, a team built to grow the Yogibo business domestically and internationally.??

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Manage various data through the Shopify CMS including publishing themes, managing products, apps, etc. : 
• Upload and manage products in Shopify eCommerce platform 
• Plan product collections, pages, content updates and featured SKUs, based on inventory requirements 
• Contribute to strategies that help achieve sales and conversion growth 
• Communicate website performance and customer experience metrics, while optimizing site operations and identifying areas of improvement 
• Manage day-to-day activities, including daily reporting and tracking of KPIs and business goals 
• Identify sales trends, stay up-to-date with the capabilities of technology partners, third parties and solutions in the marketplace 
• Work with the Marketing Team to develop and optimize programs that can increase the LTV of the customer base by improving retention, engagement, and loyalty – maximizing the customer experience and perceived value of the brand through data, testing, and personalization. 
• Collaborate with marketing and creative team members to maintain consistent messaging 
• Support our Media team with updates (new product launches, promotions, sales opportunities) 
• Execute A/B tests 
• Own the entire web experience with passion including, but not limited to content updates, merchandising, promotional updates, and quality assurance 
• Stay up to date on the latest features and offerings from our app partners 
• Perform final quality assurance checks prior to launching a new feature 
• Coordinate all components/apps/providers of the eCommerce ecosystem 
• Assist in expanding eCommerce stores to international markets 
• Define business and product roadmap in tandem with leadership and agency partners 
• App auditing, installations & configurations 
• Review Google tags & analytics set up 

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must currently live with in 45 minutes of Londonderry, NH
• Must be able to be on site in Londonderry, NH at least 3 times/week Mon-Fri for meetings and collaboration
• Must have experience with eCommerce with consumer goods for example, furniture, sporting goods, novelty, gifts, home furnishings, fashion
• Must have experience with a company with over $10 million/year of eCommerce revenues
• Previous ecommerce experience is required,?we are looking for Shopify experience 
• BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or Communications a plus 
• Comfortable working collaboratively with product management, project management, engineering, visual/product design, and other stakeholders, in a remote setting 
• Is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced role
• Has excellent organizational, presentation, problem-solving through design and interpersonal skills 
• Has experience leading and supporting multiple eCommerce stores at the same time 
• Has experience supporting eCommerce design & development projects from concept to launch
• Experience running digital campaigns
• Experience with media buying-Amazon, Meta, Google Ads etc 
• Is comfortable using both quantitative and qualitative data to guide product and strategic decisions 
• Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing KPIS -a deep understanding of e-commerce product management 
• Strong understanding of marketing and brand building 
• Data-driven with strong analytic and problem-solving skills to provide insights, recommendations for change, and proposed tests or solutions 
• Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools and the ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources 
• Passionate about digital marketing and the consumer experience 
• Basic project management 
• Ability and desire to work at both the strategic and tactical levels 
• Developer/Technical experience a plus
