For over 140 years, the Seattle Y has been listening and responding to our local community through our 13 full facility branches, 2 overnight camps, and over 200 program sites.
Responding to the needs of those diverse communities requires dedicated and capable employees. To that end, the Seattle Y has an for an experienced Recruiter. This position will contribute to the success of the YMCA of Greater Seattle by recruiting diverse and qualified candidate pools for current and future organizational needs.
What you'll get from working at The Y:
Minimum compensation for this role is $58,000.00/ year

Our HR team works in the heart of Downtown Seattle, in a historic building that has housed the YMCA since the 1930s. Not only does our building house our Association Office (corporate headquarters), but it's also home to a membership facility (access is a staff benefit - swim a few laps before work, take a yoga class at lunch, do some laps on the track before you go home, if you like!).
