Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage maintenance projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Repair equipment as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
Experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in; building, ground keeping, electrical, plumbing, vehicle and boiler maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
