Embroidery in Studio City, CA, is looking for a Inside Sales Representative capable of building custom, apparel solutions for corporate cliental. We are looking for outgoing, personable, and professional individuals. We have a constant flow of INBOUND LEADS from clients of every background so multitasking, researching, learning new skills quickly, and projecting confidence in your knowledge and abilities are crucial for this position. You will earn monthly commissions secured by a base draw. This is an on-site sales position.

Responsibilities:

• Answering multiple inbound leads via phone and email.
• Maximize the value of each connection.
• Absorb industry and product knowledge and create a friendly reputation in the industry. (Our main production facility is on-site.)
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues.
• Set follow-up appointments to maintain relationships with your customers.
• Create sales material to present to customers using art software.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Excellent ability to communicate in writing and verbally
