We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t precisely match the job description.We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Louisville, CO-based Customer Operations team, and focus on providing guidance to our customers through the auctions process. This Customer Support Representative's main responsibility is to oversee the full auction process for all customers who reside in their assigned geographic region. At its core, the role is responsible for submitting liens on past-due customers’ storage units and working with various departments in order to publish auctions for sale in accordance with state requirements. Once the auction is complete, this person assists auction buyers in accessing their units. A key element of this role is verifying that all legal requirements are met, up to and including the actual sale of liened goods.
