Looking for a fun and vibrant recruiter to help us find the best candidates to join our team! The person will also oversee ad positing, scheduling interviews and following up with candidates. Must be detail oriented, have professional grammar, but have a fun personality. We will teach you everything you need to know, but experience in childcare would be amazing.

• Posts job listings based on the needs of the schools.
• Schedules interviews with candidates after performing phone interviews.
• Explains our company, core value, and mission to candidates.
• Manage a hiring budget while posting job listings.
• Communicate with Directors, HR, and the Regional Director when scheduling interviews.
• Hosts & attends job fairs, hiring events, etc
• Builds a relationship with local colleges, high schools, workforce centers

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work with various social media platforms
• Must be able to travel between our 7 school campuses in the Twin Cities Metro area daily, including travel to multiple sites in one day if necessary

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Ability to support in a classroom when necessary

Education and Experience:

• Associates degree required; Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in a recruiting role.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 40 hours/week
• Generally Monday to Friday, however must have the ability to attend events outside of regular business hours
