About the role...
As a Yardbird Customer Experience Manager, you demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and organizational skills to oversee our team of talented Customer Experience Specialists. This role is essential to providing our Specialists with the tools needed to give our customers a seamless experience from order placement to delivery. The ideal candidate is someone who has strengths in problem solving and making the best decisions for both the customer and our company.
As a Customer Experience Manager...
• Oversee a team of 5-7 CX Specialists
• Conduct one-on-one trainings with your direct reports and assist them in the onboarding process
• Conduct bi-monthly check-ins with each team member to discuss progress determine what additional training/support they need
• Evaluate your teams’ performance and provide data for scheduling purposes
• Work directly with customers via email, phones, chat, and social media
• Monitor your team members and advance them according to their progress. We will have general timelines for how long it should take to be fully trained in phones, email, social media, and live chat, but these will vary slightly person-to-person. You will report on their progress each week to the Senior Manager
