Our Customer Support Specialists are the first line of defense for any customer support or troubleshooting inquiries from our practices. You'll work with our users over the phone and via email to find solutions to their issues and empower them to use our software to its fullest potential. You'll collaborate with our Technical Support, Customer Success, and Billing teams to provide a seamless customer experience for each caller.
The ideal Customer Support Specialist is a motivated self-starter, with a passion for technical support and great written and phone communication skills! This role is a 4/10 position, open only to Texas residents with at least one year's experience providing dedicated phone support who are looking to get their start in the tech industry.
