This role will be responsible for processing all electronic payments and serve as administrative support to general ledger accounting staff.

Basic Duties:

• Process ACH exception items to assure proper payment or return
• Insure settlement of funds for daily transmission from the federal reserve
• Process disputed ACH items for immediate resolution and limited financial loss
• Complete ACH business payroll items
• Process any garnishments, levies, reclamations and death notifications in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required; prefer an associates degree in a related field
• Prior knowledge of ACH and check processing procedures
• AAP Designation is preferred
• Must have strong organizational skills, solid math skills and the ability to analyze accounts
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
