General Description of the Position's Function and Purpose

• Increase sales revenue within the connector business unit.
• Develop new customers, new projects, and new products
• Manage product lineups and sales strategies for assigned market segments

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned market segments and increase sales
• Prospecting for new customers, new projects, and new products for assigned market segments together with sales, distributors, and engineering team
• Study market trends and create product/sales strategies for assigned market segment
• Study market pricing and manage standard product pricing within assigned market segments
• Manage sales promotion materials, marketing materials and web information for assigned market segment
• Provide product training for sales and distributors
• Support new product development projects and oversee the status of development for assigned market segments
• Coordinate and support Trade Shows and Association meetings
• Manage inventory level of standard products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience:
