Yalo is Hiring an Account Supervisor Near Atlanta, GA

Digital Yalo is searching for a strategic Account Supervisor to manage and lead our largest financial services client, as well as identify and qualify new revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate can straddle between strategic, client-facing leader and thought partner, while also being a helpful mentor and project manager for junior members of the team. Acting as day-to-day account lead, the Account Supervisor will be the first line of review, with the ability to think big and proactively move forward day-to-day deliverables. We need someone who can be a true partner to our client and cross-functional agency team, and to support the larger team in creating revolutionary creative work. 

You will partner closely with the VP of Client Services to help manage client communications as well as lead cross-agency communications to deliver great work. You’ll understand what’s needed in the short and long term and work closely with our cross-discipline leads to ensure long-term success.

In this role, you will: 

  • Demonstrate leadership in providing strategic counsel to client and show mastery of all aspects of client management 

  • Apply understanding of client objectives, consumer behavior/motivations, marketing and branding principles, available data to develop campaign/messaging strategy recommendations 

  • Manage day-to-day client activities, projects, and teams to build a trusted advisor relationship with clients 

  • Develop and manage client roadmaps against quarterly account forecasts Execution, Process, & Project Management 

  • Manage campaign launches across cross-functional teams to ensure strategic, effective, prompt and efficient execution Reporting & Analytics 

  • Flesh out ideas as they relate to client objectives and learn how to bring them to life in presentations and written proposals 

  • Showcase a command of both digital and traditional communication practices and strategies 

  • Oversight/final review of projects, scopes, budgets, research and reporting work 

  • Facilitate collaboration across agency teams, practices and geographies 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams on account and campaign set-up to achieve strategic goals 

  • Demonstrate expertise in all Account Management tools and processes, working knowledge of Asana is preferred

  • Monitor and manage program performance/KPIs to identify account risks and develop mitigation strategies 

  • Create and present campaign performance reports to clients 

  • Interpret and apply analytical insights to optimize program(s) 

  • Proven ability to negotiate Statements of Work and contracts – effectively forecasting and scoping work with teams in close collaboration with Project Management. 

  • Attention to detail with demonstrated follow-through on scheduled deliverable 

 
Experience and Attributes that will contribute to your success: 

  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience 

  • 6 years of experience in a creative marketing agency with a minimum of 3 years of client-facing experience. 

  • Experience working in the Consumer financial services industry on a combination of Corporate and Consumer integrated communication campaigns is highly desirable 

  • Impeccable client relationship skills and experience working with high touch clients 

  • Experience managing programs from start to finish 

  • Understanding of social/digital strategy for brands 

  • Ability to push the envelope and think outside of the box and to lead a team as both a manager, coach and mentor 

  • Confident engaging clients regularly and delivering recommendations 

  • Entrepreneurial attitude coupled with a strong business acumen. Ability and appetite to bring people together. Innate ability to marshal people and create gravity around ideas
