Position Description

An outbound sales representative focuses on securing sales by reaching out to clients through calls, correspondence, or face-to-face interactions. They primarily offer products and services, assisting customers every step of the way to ensure client satisfaction. To carry out their duties, they must perform research and analysis to identify business opportunities, develop sales strategies, generate leads, discuss product specifications with customers, negotiate contracts, and perform post sale follow up. Moreover, an outbound sales representative must build positive relationships with clients to nurture long term opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Take leads through prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification before transferring to an account manager.
  • Manage sales pipeline in SalesForce (SFDC) Management
  • Maintain contact and customer activity in Salesforce, daily.
  • Conduct research on all customers and outline daily/weekly call plan related to assigned customer verticals
  • Manage inbound leads and chat traffic.
  • Fill the top of the sales funnel by making >30 phone calls per day.
  • Conduct lead qualifications and discovery calls using product & solution demonstrations and pitch decks.
  • Educate prospects about the YAK ACCESS value proposition.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows and customer outings

Qualifications


Position Requirements:

  • High School diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred
  • 0-3 years sales or similar experience preferred
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solver with ability to identify issues and provide solutions
  • Determined to be part of a winning team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent phone, cold calling, and sales skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
  • Strategic relationship builder with focus on customer pipeline and key decisions
