Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things digital, with an attention to detail, solid leadership skills, and exceptional communication and organization skills. This position requires excellent analytical and project management skills to recommend and drive new marketing initiatives. Experience implementing and managing successful digital programs in a fast-paced environment is an absolute must. The coordinator’s main role is to execute the full cycle of digital marketing projects from digital "builds" through full-cycle online marketing programs. A strong understanding of digital project management (including information architecture, functional and technical specification requirements for websites, mobile applications, display ads, video ads, landing pages and email marketing) is essential.

General Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planning and execution of performance campaigns spanning across digital channels
  • Collaborate with SMEs on writing and implementing advertising/educational copy for display/search ads, landing pages, video, and positioning to ensure brand standards and accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce, monitor, and optimize multiple digital campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages for offerings/products and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and client touch points
  • Assist with forecasting updates and budget flow management, including measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Develop and optimize prospective client funnels
  • Create materials and communications that are compliant, meeting industry related expectations.
  • Identify trends and insights, and recommend spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with agencies and other creative partners
  • Manage digital agencies holding them accountable for scope, budget and project related deliverables
  • Continuously stay abreast of digital trends and technology and make recommendation for new opportunities or enhancements to existing systems

General Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing; experience in software solutions or SaaS marketing preferred
  • Extracurricular, community or leadership involvement in delivering marketing, publication and or communication initiatives is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable self-transportation are required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Outlook is required
  • Proficiency in utilizing common social media outlets
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Paint, or any related graphics software
  • Experience with digital content development, blog publication, basic photo editing, and website posting
  • Keen organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and deliver assignments on time in a fast-paced
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,)
