XSport Fitness is Hiring a Call Center Customer Service Representative Near Saint Charles, IL

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for an individual who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced call center environments. This is a hands-on position with strategic importance. If you are a self starter, energetic, and a team player, come join our team!

Job Responsibilities

  • Handles incoming calls, responding with knowledge, empathy and a high level of customer care
  • Ensures customer issue follow-up is completed on time and accurately
  • Handles escalated issues and act as a role model in terms of Customer Service, follow-up, expectation setting with customers and closure of issues
  • Acts with urgency to meet and resolve customers’ needs and problems
  • Makes fact-based decisions, but exercises creativity.

Qualifications

  • 1 years experience in call center customer service
  • Retail or other fast-paced environment work experience required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational, reporting, data entry, time management, and follow-up skills required
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Call Center systems
  • Proven ability to make effective decisions
  • Ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines
  • Experience and ability to manage through rapid and dramatic changes
  • Bilingual language skills a plus

Stable Schedule. Hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Monthly bonus for perfect attendance.
