Essential Functions:

As a security supervisor professional for Xpress Guards, you will be responsible for the security and safety of our client's property and personnel and supervising the team of guards you are assigned to. You will be the liaison between the employees and the area manager. 

• Fire Watch:Patrol a property or business and identify fire hazards.
• Rover:Foot patrols, car patrol, incident reporting, touring/scanning sensors, enforcing rules, monitoring the perimeter, etc.
• Supervising: Managing the workflow on your shift, training new hires, oversee employees' performance, creating/updating staff schedules and covering shifts as needed. 
• Emergency Lead: Handling emergency situations in a calm and proactive manner. 

Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma / GED Equivalent
• Must be a minimum 21 years of age
• Must possess an active Guard Card (California)
• Must have 2 years of experience working a supervisor in the security industry
• Pass an extensive background check (criminal record, driving record, drug testing etc.)

• Must have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Must be able to clearly communicate in English (speak, read and write)
• Must be capable of performing all physical requirements to include standing, walking, and sitting
