XPECT SOLUTIONS, INC is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Near Fairfax, VA

Xpect Solutions seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Operations Department and help us grow our technical teams.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will help develop and implement a recruiting strategy that will allow Xpect Solutions to meet our customers’ needs and requirements. To be successful in this role, you will need to use your skills to establish relationships with hiring managers and candidates, create recruiting strategies to ensure success in filling requirements and work with internal teams to create well defined job descriptions that will attract the best talent in our industry.
Successful candidates will have a demonstrated record of measurable effectiveness in a fast paced, dynamic environment. They will have the ability to target candidates and cold call recruit individuals at all levels. They will also have experience representing employers at job fairs and other marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the full life cycle of technical recruiting
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment under minimal supervision
  • Ideal candidates will have strong technical depth and the ability to perform initial technical screening of candidates
  • Comfortable interacting with hiring managers including Director and VP level leaders
  • Demonstrated expertise with recruiting methods including: cold calling candidates, job fairs, attending industry events, etc.
