Reputable insurance agency is looking for a sales professional to join their team in Los Angeles. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries and maintaining extensive product knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction. Willing to train in the business. Not licensed? We will assist in getting you licensed in insurance and fully paid!
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, or customer service relevant experience
- 1-2 years of proven experience in Sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with CRM system
- Bilingual a plus, not required.
- Property and Casualty license a plus, not required.
- Life license a plus, not required.
