XL Construction is Hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist Near Milpitas, CA
• Processing a high volume of invoices accurately; approximately 1000-1200 per month
• Process weekly check runs, including employee expense reports and check requests
• Record all preliminary notices received from direct subcontractors as well as lower tier suppliers and subcontractors
• Review vendor statements and reconcile past due accounts
• Process annual 1099’s
• Misc. projects as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• 2 years Accounts Payable experience required
• Construction industry experience is a plus
• Viewpoint experience preferred but not required
• Self-starter with attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
• Organizational and prioritization skills
• Team player, positive attitude, professional demeanor
