XKL is Hiring a Supply Chain Analyst Near Redmond, WA

Description

XKL is a privately-owned company providing DWDM appliances and optical networking solutions for robust enterprise deployment, service providers, and cloud migration. The DarkStar product suite offers a modern optical transport alternative for private/public cloud solutions, data center networks, Internet exchanges, campus/metro networks, and long-haul networks. XKL is owned by Cisco Systems co-founder Len Bosack. The company is headquartered in Redmond, Washington.

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team in Redmond. The Supply Chain Analyst position combines Fulfillment and Supply Chain responsibilities that will directly impact the company’s overall business plan performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP management and possess the ability to build out the foundational data of the MINX ERP system. 

What You Will Do
• Build out Inventory Costing System in MINX ERP System
• Build Bill of Materials and Sales Order process In MINX ERP System
• Implement product catalogue into MINX
• Assist with review of obsolete inventory
• Develop and implement inventory best practices
• Performs analysis on project costs including analysis of work-order variances and updating average costs as needed. Review of material cost transfers and processes project cost adjustments for labor, material and other direct costs. Responsible for cost analysis, metrics and reporting upstream to department leads and senior management
• Ensure Inventory and costing processes are developed and checked for accuracy in general ledger
• Develops and maintains project cost processes and controls and if needed implements changes in the Minx project cost module. Assists with special projects as needed.
• Monitor production data for variances, adjustments, margin analysis, and more
• Prepare daily rollups and execution of annual Standard Cost rolls, lead inventory counts, calculate excess and obsolete provisions, and more
• Forecast Customer demand
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers

Requirements

What You Will Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Field and five years of related experience
• Advanced level MS Excel skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and Email Management
• Advanced skills in technology usage
• Proven ability to be collaborative and strategic with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to execute on commitments
• Embraces speed and agility to drive innovation and results
• ERP experience in MINX and/or Oracle
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $75,000-105,000, exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at XKL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please be aware that while we have provided the full base salary range for the role, hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. 

XKL also offers a comprehensive healthcare package which includes medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, life insurance and 401(K). The Company recognizes the need for time off and provides fifteen days of PTO and nine paid holidays.
