*Travel to Graham for training and as needed is required.

• Develop and execute the content marketing strategy aligned with XCaliber Container's goals and objectives.
• Create high-quality and engaging content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, and email campaigns.
• Lead the planning, creation, and distribution of content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with the internal team to gather insights, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform content strategy.
• Manage the content creation process, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Utilize design software and apps such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing content.
• Leverage social media tools and analytics to track, measure, and report on content performance, making data-driven improvements.
• Work closely with the Sales team to develop materials that support lead generation and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with the CMO and fellow company leaders on strategic projects and marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and content marketing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within the B2B or industrial sector.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of creating and editing digital content for various social media platforms and target audiences.
• Proficiency in writing in different voices and styles.
• Experience with content creation and management tools such as Canva, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of performance marketing and leveraging PR and influencer relations.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
• Collaborative mindset and proven ability to work in a team environment.
