Position Description

X-energy is seeking to change the world, and we are looking for a Corporate Recruiter committed to helping us make this happen. You will work with the recruiting and engineering teams to attract and hire world-class nuclear engineers and technologists. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and priorities in order to help grow the best nuclear engineering team in the world. You will work to identify and engage passive candidates and manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical hires.

This is a full-time position based in Oak Ridge, TN at our TRISO-X facility.

Responsibilities

• Directly source candidates through research, messaging campaigns, social media, referral generation, and events.
• Conduct preliminary conversations with potential candidates about the company and the role that they are interested in.
• Ensure that candidates are seamlessly moving through the interview process.
• Manage offers by negotiating, acting as an internal advocate for candidates, and extending offers.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders in our engineering, people, and recruitment operations teams to effectively drive change and propose process improvements.
• Strategize on ways to successfully build talent pipelines for multiple, complex searches.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 7 years of experience hiring technical talent by sourcing, pitching, and closing candidates
• Experience working as part of an in-house internal recruitment team
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with the Jobvite ATS is a plus
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Experience sourcing candidates across a variety of online platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter
• Expert ability to leverage candidate databases such as Indeed and LinkedIn
• Passion for our nuclear reactor and fuel to power the world in the 21^st century!

Location: Oak Ridge, TN
Status: Full-time, Exempt
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri
