• $20.00 * 22.00, per hour depending upon experience.
• Must have the ability to work any shifts and any days.
  • Typical shift is 8 to 10 hours.
  • We are currently running 2 shifts (5am start and 3:00pm start)
    • We will be moving to 3 shifts and 24 hours per day.

Operator I:

• Fill the appropriate bags to the assigned Weight
• Place filled items, by hand and/or machine, in proper configuration on pallets and shrink wrap pallets as required by customer specifications.
• Observe operation and speed of packing machines/operating line and make adjustments when necessary.
• Operate forklift to transport supplies and finished product within the plant and warehouse.
• Clear jams and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Clean-up and maintain a safe, clutter-free work area including tools and machines.
• Ability to cross train on numerous production operating functions.
• Typically, is an entry level position with less than one year of experience.

Career growth to Operator II and Operator III possible.
