Wyo-Ben, Inc. has an exceptional opportunity, in its Billings, MT corporate office, for a Desktop Support Specialist to install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktop and laptop PC's, peripherals, phones, printers, and data services.

Some key areas we are focusing on include:

• Take initial IT Helpdesk inquiries and troubleshoot hardware, software, or network-related problems.
• Document Helpdesk troubleshooting procedures, operations manuals, and user
• Maintain, manage, troubleshoot, install and upgrade computer systems for performance and security-related
• Provide end-user support for a variety of applications, both local and web-based.
• Interact with all employees within the
• Protect and ensure the stability of operating systems as well as maintain the integrity of the data they contain.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot network connectivity and wireless access for local and remote computers or devices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience preferred.
• 1 -2 years experience preferred with:
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Microsoft Windows
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Network LAN & WAN
  • Desktop and technical support experience
• Valid driver’s license and occasional travel required.
