The Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. You will coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure that the food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner, and you will ensure that the restaurant meets all safety and sanitation regulations. You will also be responsible for training and motivating staff, managing staff schedules, and resolving customer complaints. Job Responsibilities

• Monitor restaurant operations to ensure quality standards, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness

• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations

• Coordinate staff schedules and set up duty rosters

• Supervise staff and provide training and development

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints

• Handle cash and credit card transactions

• Monitor stock levels and order supplies

• Create staff incentives and rewards

• Ensure the restaurant is clean and tidy

• Develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant

• Develop menu items and pricing

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers

• Develop and implement policies to ensure efficient service

• Manage and motivate staff to achieve performance targets
