WTS International, Inc. is Hiring a Hospitality Manager Near Houston, TX

Overview

Arch Amenities Group the leading provider of amenities management and consulting services for commercial and residential spaces is seeking a Hospitality Manager for class A commercial real estate buildings with meeting & event spaces. The Hospitality Manager will manage the daily operations of the Client Lounge and Amenity Center. You will work alongside Property Management to effectively coordinate and plan meetings including: food & beverage, room setups, and audio visual. In addition to Meetings & Events, the Hospitality Manager will greet guests to the amenity floor and assist in execution of monthly community engagement programs for the building, with support of AAG’s local engagement team.

Our ideal candidate will have prior hospitality experience in meetings & event management.

Exceptional customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

Hospitality

  • Daily presence onsite: greeting tenants and assisting with all tenant needs 
  • Work collaboratively with Property Management Team to effectively plan and communicate the expressed needs of the customer.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs of all amenity spaces for quality assurance: work with building management, maintenance, and janitorial to quickly resolve any findings
  • Foster strong relationships with Client teams; effectively communicate about upcoming activities; foster a sense of community inclusive of tenants, guests, and Property Management; serve as the liaison between Client stakeholders and Arch Amenities Group
  • Manage and maintain applicable marketing & tenant communication channels 
  • Embody a service-oriented culture; provide anticipatory service to all tenants and stakeholders
  • Assist in the creation of new standards, systems and trainings to support new operations within the client portfolio 
  • Manage existing partner relationships and proactively source new vendors to maintain competitive advantage
  • Identify and proactively communicate opportunities for improvement; contribute to team initiatives that benefit the larger business

Engagement Events

  • Produce a calendar of pop-ups and signature workshops to increase tenant engagement 
  • Collaborate with Senior Engagement Team and client Stakeholders throughout the planning and execution of all programs 
  • Use psychographic data to inform program selections
  • Work to activate within all available amenity spaces
  • Collect and maintain accurate metrics, using data and lessons learned to iterate and improve on future programming.

Hosted Conferencing

  • Manage and build relationships with third-party caterers and vendors to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate data in sales/catering software to update system as business dictates.
  • Create detailed BEOs with meeting details and pricing.
  • Collect all outstanding balances prior to the arrival of the customer.
  • Work with the Food & Beverage partner to ensure all catering options/menus meet client’s needs and are presented to the customer per AAG’s standards.
  • Work closely with the customer to ensure room set-ups, AV needs, and special requests are executed properly.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years events & hospitality experience required
  • Knowledge of TripleSeat and Canva preferred
  • Experience with project management tools such as PSO Hub, Monday, Trello, Asana, etc. preferred
