The ideal candidate should have a 1 years' experience in the freight forwarding/customs brokerage industry and knowledge of Cargowise.

Major job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Freight operations from shipping to delivery.
• Tracking and tracing freight movements with ocean carriers.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients, carriers, and forwarders.
• Accurate billing and invoicing capabilities.
• Coordinate carrier release by submitting required documents and freight payments.

Job Requirements

• Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer and Cargowise.
• Must be adaptable to changing needs of client(s).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think and respond quickly.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and will be subject to a criminal history background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
