This Opportunity

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Full-Time HRIS Specialist for our Atlanta office. The following locations will also be considered: Charlotte, NC; Orlando, FL; and Pittsburgh,PA. The position can be based in any major WSP USA office and also REMOTE . Be involved in projects with our Human ResourceTeam and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. 

Your Impact

• Responsible for developing and maintaining HR related reports. 
• Respond to a variety of ad-hoc reporting requests from across the organization.
• Perform data updates, imports and research of any data discrepancies.
• Respond to employee inquires on various HR matters.
• Audit HRIS system and provide feedback to stakeholders and employees.
• Assist in the testing of HRIS upgrades and patches. 
• Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in HRIS.
• HS Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel. 
• Experience in report writing. 
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities with time-sensitive deadlines, including daily administrative reporting and data extracts.
• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
