Job Purpose and Role

We are seeking a Director of Sales who will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve the Company’s revenue growth goals and gain market share.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, present and drive compelling strategic sales plans to win in the market against our competition.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on a strategic level to develop innovative and high impact sales and marketing plans.
  • Provide leadership and vision for various departments, while effectively handling performance across the sales team to hit revenue goals.
  • Optimize the sales process and customer experience from pre-sale to post-sale.
  • Actively participate in executive decisions related to the team by providing thoughtful analysis based on market research, and input related to pricing strategies, prioritization, and delivery of company initiatives.
  • Optimize sales teams’ structure with roles & responsibilities to support the company’s revenue growth.
  • Create and achieve targeted sales goals through the conception of sales projects and review of sales analysis at a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis
  • Leverage problem solving and critical thinking skills to proactively identify and fix potential partnership issues or challenges
  • End-to-end management of revenue-generating partnerships, including pipeline development, sourcing (inbound, outbound, long-term strategic), deal viability evaluation, business term negotiations, and deal operationalizing.
  • Actively engage with networking contacts, professional affiliations, industry groups and related Centers of Influence.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the consumer market, usage patterns and overall competitive landscape.
  • Identify trends in the business and relay feedback to inform product roadmap and sales activation strategy
  • Act as a partner to clients through a consultative approach to sales

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required. Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
  • Strategic, creative and analytical thinker and problem-solver
  • 8 years or more of demonstrated success in the relevant field with proven track record of growing revenue through new process development, sales, and client services
  • Experience in managing a high-performance team
  • Proven ability in developing and executing a business strategy
  • Experience in a consultative approach to sales
  • Experience in healthcare industry is a plus.

Location: Goshen, NY

Full Time: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST (Onsite)
