Job Summary

WRG is a family owned furniture dealer located in Carrollton, TX that is committed to finding highly motivated professionals with the passion to learn and grow in the company. The Marketing Coordinator will be proactively engaged in supporting the company’s brand strategy through various channels of Marketing. This role will assist in creating compelling digital marketing initiatives and brand awareness to be the leader in the dealer network. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing with a customer service oriented attitude and agile approach to successfully meeting critical deadline tasks. A successful Marketing Coordinator will be able to partner with the Sales team in reaching company sales goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of WRG branding and marketing materials
• Champion bid package process to meet Sales Rep and Customer expectations Champion the response process for RFPs, RFIs, and prospect and client questionnaires
• Create compelling presentations and marketing documents ensuring accuracy, timeliness and quality of proposals and presentations
• Provide Graphic Design and copywriting for print and digital marketing materials
• Generate marketing activity reports for the department
• Assist with website updates and social media scheduling
• Attend presentations at client visits or company events as requested 
• Represent company and coordinate social, promotional and community events at professional industry associations
• Facilitate relationships between Dallas Headquarters and remote employees in satellite locations
• Special projects as assigned

Position Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
• Must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a previous Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or similar role.
• Must have working knowledge of Adobe Suite software
• Working knowledge of digital marketing and collecting data analytics
• Ability to analyze, plan, schedule and implement project installation
• Ability to coordinate and organize a large volume of project information and details
• Ability to prepare product take-offs, specifications and order-ready documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with a wide range of people, both within and outside the company
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity and sound judgment in business transactions, and capable of providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
