A premium boat club based in Florida is seeking a qualified sales person with 2-5 years of experience in sales, and a proven track record of conversion. Preference given to applicants with experience selling memberships or subscription-based services.

The ideal candidate will:

• Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings and company culture: we strive to provide an elite level of service at all stages of a customer's journey
• Understand our consumer's needs and identify how our solutions address them
• Achieve company objectives by meeting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts alongside Marketing team
• Nurture leads, and establish rapport with prospective clients, effectively addressing objections

Responsibilities

• Use a CRM as the basis of all sales activity
• Use phone, text and email to connect with prospective clients and develop rich relationships
• Ensure that company quotas are met—be prepared to discuss in weekly check-ins with sales & marketing team to set objectives and monitor progress
• create and present weekly, monthly and quarterly reports using CRM data

Required skills and qualifications

• 3-5 years (or more) of experience managing sales
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience in or knowledge of the marine and boating industry
• Experience of CRM (preferably Pipedrive)
