What is Cool About This Job As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling WP Engine services and solutions to Enterprise customers across a wide range of industries using an engaging, customer-inspired, strategic sales approach. In this role, you'll get the opportunity to engage with customers to understand and define their needs, and work with internal support resources to develop and propose practical solutions. Partnering with various lead channels, you will take early-stage opportunities from discovery to closed, quantifying business problems to best identify solutions. Successful Enterprise Account Executives are adaptable and learn quickly, communicate persuasively, and stay solutions oriented. If you’re eager to take initiative and you’re focused on always improving your process, then we want to hear from you! The Day to Day Build and manage a growing pipeline, working with business development, strategic agency partners, WP Engine technology partners, inbound marketing leads, executive introductions, and your own network. Work autonomously to deliver the value of WP Engine’s solutions to prospective customer and know when to pull in others as a force multiplier. Manage a consultative sales process with validated modern sales methodologies; MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler, etc. Close deals, manage pipeline, forecast accurately, maintain Salesforce hygiene. Efficiently schedule and run customer meetings, building proposal decks, executive summaries, and SOW's as needed. Work with internal and external security, legal, procurement, andfinance teams while accelerating sales cycles and maintaining control of the sales process. Present sales reports to management and executives on a regular basis. Your Expertise and Passion Minimum of six (6) years of SaaS sales experience with a successful track record of exceeding assigned individual quota. Experience selling software and/or solutions to marketing and technology leaders within brands and agencies is a plus. You're a natural over Zoom. You have the ability to lead high value video calls with multiple internal and external stakeholders. You ask impeccable questions, which aids your discovery process. Ability to quickly identify and quantify the business impact of a problem and align the appropriate solutions. Customer-inspired mindset—you ensure an unparalleled experience from the first point of contact through onboarding. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You're organized, with a good attention to detail, and you can give concise reports on opportunities to company leadership.
