PURPOSEDesigned to be an integral part of the Customer Specific Pricing (CSP) team. Focus on providing expertise on pricing opportunities and operational solutions for new and existing customers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES•Manage processing pricing requests and bids, and local office/carrier inquiries for newly activated accounts.•Work with Enterprise Sales and Operations support, which includes buts is not limited to on-boarding new customer accounts, resolving operational challenges, and researching rating discrepancies.•Participate in annual rate renewal process, including strategizing with carrier and local WWEX sales contacts, and facilitating communication to meet the carriers requested deadline for renewal.•Provide follow-up to customers, support and sales staff in a timely manner.•Assist in dictating workflow to pricing analysts through current processes and communication with sales and operations•Basic understanding of technology tools and pricing implementation•Maintain enterprise support tool for all accounts submitted through the Customer Specific Pricing group.•Strategize with team on process improvements.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES•General knowledge of transportation management systems.•Knowledge of freight procedures and operational requirements.•Strong work ethic.•Problem solving and remaining calm under pressure.•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.•Comfortable in a fast paced, results oriented environment.•Works well with others.•Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree ideally in business, marketing or communication, preferred.3 years’ experience in logistics preferred
