Regional Maintenance Manager

World Class Property Company is searching for an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to provide leadership and oversight within regional operations. In this role, you will ensure that maintenance standards are achieved and sustained across a commercial portfolio in Austin. You will oversee all maintenance operations, obtain the best value for its maintenance and capital expenditure dollars, as well provide leadership to senior maintenance and site team members.
Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations within our Austin portfolio

• Ensure that all properties are maintained, building maintenance, and space turnovers are completed to standards
• Review operating reports and complete maintenance audits
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing new team members
• Ensure team members are following safety standards and safe work practices as well as oversee maintenance team responses in emergency situations
• Work with Senior Management and Property Managers to maintain budgets and forecast financial reviews
• Ensure compliance of all properties
• Partner with regional team with assessments and recommendations of new property opportunities

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED. Vocational or Technical Training in Maintenance, Facilities or Management preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal preferred)
• 8-10 years maintenance experience.
• 5-8 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with computer systems required, including web-based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.
