Required:
* High school diploma or Equivalent
* Standing and/or sitting for a long period
* Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
* Work with and around animals

Preferred:
* Prior customer service experience

Duties Include:
* Greeting, welcoming, and directing clients appropriately
* Maintain accurate client and patient records
* Maintain flow of clients and patients
* Ensure accuracy of invoicing and taking payments
* Issuing invoices for treatment and prescribed medication after each consultation
* Managing appointment schedule
* Answering phone calls and accurately addressing client and patient needs
* Gentle animal handling including taking and recording patient weights
* Accurately fill prescriptions
* Maintaining cleanliness of facility
