WorkFusion is looking for an experienced VP of Product Management to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our entire Digital Worker product line. Our Digital Worker products are packaged automation products focused on automating common tasks in banking, insurance, and financial services. Using the power of WorkFusion’s leading AI technology, these Digital Workers actively engage with and automatically learn from human coworkers to continuously optimize the automation of tasks within Financial Services, FinCrime, AML, KYC and Insurance sector. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for our suite of Digital Workers, including the ability to innovate new Digital Worker products and drive them from zero to go-to- 
• Lead a team of product managers in close partnership with engineering to ensure the successful on-time delivery of Digital Worker
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Partner Enablement teams in the development of collateral and ensure successful roll-out to market and customers
• Manage, mentor, and grow a strong team of product managers
• Collaborate with the Data Science, Core Platform, and Technology Partnership teams in the development of the overall WorkFusion product strategy and roadmap
• Engage closely with the product development, data science, and other product management teams to align on the implementation and phasing of continuous improvements
• Develop a strong relationship with customers, partners, and regulators to help define this developing market
• Interface with clients and other users to solicit feedback and opportunities to improve our Digital Workforce
• Evangelize the offering internally and externally

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of product management experience building and growing products from inception to go-to-market
• At least 5 years of proven leadership managing a team at scale and growing product management talent
• Prior experience in Financial Services, FinCrime, AML, KYC or Automation Software
• You’re a strategic thinker with a track record of identifying new opportunities in a changing technical and market landscape
• You’re passionate about building a world-class product and eager be hands-on alongside the team 
• You have demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers at scale
• You’re a self-motivator and strong communicator with an ability to influence with cross-functional collaboration skills; you’re able to create clarity and drive focus in complex and dynamic context
• Strong preference for someone in the Eastern Time Zone

Our salary for the VP, Product Management ranges between $180,000 - $210,000 annually and will align with the candidate’s experience and skill set. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, based on both individual and company performance. In addition, WorkFusion offers a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life and AD&D Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Unlimited Paid Time Off and 401k (with a Company match of 100% of the first 4%)
