About the role

Candidates can be remote or based out of our NYC headquarters on Wall Street.

As a Senior UX Designer at WorkFusion, you possess a rare combination of sense and sensibility. You can synthesize complex requirements into simple solutions with a level of sophistication and style that is elegant and delightful. UX Designers joining our growing team play a major role in WorkFusion maintaining a product edge within our competitive landscape. We hire candidates with end-to-end UX Design capabilities: people who can balance the abstract and the detailed, the business and the audience, to deliver maximum value and impact.You have

• 7 years of experience designing digital products that have shipped
• 3 years of experience designing B2B or enterprise SaaS products
• A mastery of the tools of our trade, especially Figma
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems in Figma
• The ability to produce A artifacts at any fidelity and use them to collaborate cross-functionally to drive stakeholder alignment
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• A positive attitude, a growth mindset, and an ownership outlook
• Meaningful business impact apparent in your portfolio of work
