Job Description:

The Systems Analyst will interface with various teams to identify their needs, work across departments to ensure a plan is in motion to improve the customers’ experience, and research advanced technology and best practices in the field to find cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lend a data-driven voice to strategic projects, resulting in thought-pieces that glean new insights into the airport technology group
• Generate data visualizations and reports to support ongoing initiatives
• Develop and apply data analysis techniques in various contexts
• Create analyses to support initiatives tied to operational objectives
• Create presentation of findings, telling technical stories to non-technical and/or executive audiences
• Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree OR equivalent work/training experience
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Experience with a programming language such Python, SQL, Java, etc.
• Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Intellectual curiosity and self-motivation to understand root causes of operational happenings within the business unit
• Reliable and dependable
• Capacity to balance multiple priorities simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
